Event Terms & Conditions: Recording Policy

Effective Date: 05/01/2025

Thank you for attending Asian Comedy Fest ("Event"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your attendance and participation in the Event, and are legally binding upon ticket purchase, RSVP, or entry to the venue.

1. Photography. Photography for personal, non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise stated at the venue. Please be respectful of the performers and other attendees when taking photos.

2. No Audio or Video Recording. Video recording, audio recording, and live streaming of any portion of the Event are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the Event Organizer. This includes:

• Recording on mobile phones or professional equipment

• Social media livestreaming (e.g., Instagram Live, TikTok, etc.)

• Use of microphones, cameras, or other recording devices

Violators may be asked to leave the premises without refund and may be subject to legal action.

3. Professional Equipment. Professional photography, videography, or audio equipment (e.g., DSLR cameras, boom mics, tripods) is not allowed without express written permission from the Event Organizer.

4. Enforcement & Removal. The Event staff reserves the right to enforce this policy at their sole discretion. Attendees who violate this policy may be removed from the Event without refund and barred from future events.

5. Consent to Use of Image. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded by authorized Event personnel, and grant permission to use your image for promotional purposes.

6. Updates to These Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time. Please refer to www.asiancomedyfest.com for the most current version.
